Ana Reis is a self-taught artist, born in Portugal, living in Germany.
Presents a non-linear body of work but a cyclical one, hence the allusion to seasons. Each one started during a specific time and they are often revisited and further developed.
It all started with the blue chapter – season one – in 2017, when blue was the main color to feature all the paintings. Slowly started to integrate more color, texture and materials and up to this day there are eight seasons to be explored:
